Singapore Signs at their Best 1

And I'm calling it 1 because it looks like there are still a few to come. Wherever you go you can never get bored with posters like these.

This is a sign at the MRT (the train/underground in Singapore). The most outstanding thing about this announcement is probably the prohibition of durian transport. Durian is a fruit from Indonesia that apparently  is so smelly you are not allowed to carry it around so you don't bother the other passengers. More information on this socially-enhancing fruit here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durian.

At least they are being honest...

This is a sign in the toilet of the research center where I work. An investigation complex with emplyees with an estimated average of 30 years. The best thing about the poster are clearly the pictures (notice the little ship on the floor in the last picture). This could be a real threat to the comic-industry! Nevertheless I bet if they put more of these around the world many toilets would improve their hygene drastically.

No words could do this poster justice.

Those were the first funny sings I dared to photograph so far. Stay tuned for more of them!
